The 2nd Restricted Call for Proposals of the Estonia – Latvia – Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2007-2013 within European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument has been launched on 10 January 2012. Information seminars and consultations are organized by the Joint Technical Secretariat according to approved schedule till 11 February 2012. Next seminars will take place on 31 January in St.Petersburg (Russia) and 2 February in Rakvere (Estonia). Attention - on 6 February all potential applicants and partners from Russia are invited to attend RCBI (Regional Capacity Building Iniciative) seminar „Project preparation workshop” in St.Petersburg (Russia), which will be preformed in Russian.
