DAY I
15:00 – 15:15   Meeting of the participants in St.Petersburg
                          (Moskovskaya metro station)
15:15 – 16:15   Travel to project sites (Pavlovsk, Pushkinskiy District, St.Petersburg)
16:15 – 19:00   Project Site Visit to The Pavlovsk State Museum and Opening of the Grand Cascade that was reconstructed with the support of the ENPI Estonia-Latvia-Russia CBC Programme (tbc with Pavlovsk Museum administration). Project ELRII-261 “Landscape pearls”

DAY II
During the Conference "Joint solutions for the benefit of Estonia, Latvia and Russia border regions!" in several plenary sessions the intermediate results achieved by the ENPI Estonia-Latvia-Russia CBC Programme will be held. Follwing plenaries are included  - “Development of the border-crossing and logistics in the Programme area”; “Encouraging business and entrepreneurship - success stories”;  “Cross border cooperation for future – benefits for children and prospects of future cross border cooperation programmes”.


Exhibition “Children in project focus” will be the central attraction and interactive participation of projects is planned.

Short description of the event

1) Infrastructure development and renovations
- Relevant LSPs and Open call projects involving local infrastructure components (LSPs and Open call projects Priority 1 will be promoted;
- Most tangible outputs produced by the projects will be demonstrated which attract particular attention of national/regional stakeholders.


2) Projects addressing children and families with children will be in focus  
Important for the Leningrad Region as a hosting region - 2014 year is announced as ‘the Children Year’ by the Governor of the Leningrad Region.
Projects addressing:
-  directly children and families with children as target groups;
-  particular aspects of the actual needs of these groups.

Additional information about the event

The working language of the Conference is English. Presentations in Estonian, Latvian and Russian will be translated into English.
