Short description of the event
The first official part of the event from 18:00 to 20:00 will take place in Salacgriva culture centre, Ostas Street 3, with official greetings to the participants followed by presentations on the project results and concert of Russian partners.
The second part of the event from 21:00 to 24:00 will be held in "Kapteiņu osta", Pernavas Street 49a.
It will be the concert of Latvian partners, thanks to culture collectives involved in the project
