Short description of the event
4 weeks in September, 2012 flyers will be distributed to 5000 drivers driving in border area and crossing 2 LV-RU and 1 EE-RU border on both sides of borders. Drivers will be informed in co-operation with Consulates, border guards and police man. Radio and TV broadcasts will be organized.
