Short description of the event
Aim of the Event is to promote cross border cooperation via introduction to several Projects implemented in Narva-Ivangorod border area, strengthen existing partnerships in supported and future Projects, as well experience border crossing to the Project Site in Ivangorod and visit Narva-Ivangorod Fortresses Ensemble.

Additional information about the event

The working language of the event is English. The plenary speeches in Estonian, Latvian and Russian will be translated into English.

VERY IMPORTANT - Bus tour to cross-border cooperation Projects in Ivangorod for nationals of EU Member States will require valid one entrance or  multiple Russian visa. For nationals of the Russian Federation at least two entrance visa is required, if after the bus tour to Ivangorod (Russian Federation) you return to Narva (Estonia).

TRANSPORT:

From St.Petersburg and meeting Point. Leaving on 30 October at 11:00

From Pskov from Hotel Dvor Podznoeva on 30 October at 9:00

From  Riga from World Trade Center "Riga", Elizabetes 2 (closer to the VRAA location at Elizabetes 19) on 30 October at 12:00. The Bus will Stop in Valka (Culture House) at 14:30, in Tartu (Vanemuine Teatre House) at 16:00.
  

From Tallinn from Mere puiestee 5, Kesklinn, Tallinn, Eesti on 30 October at 13:00

Transportation from Narva-Joesuu to the venue will be provided on 31 October at 8:15 from both Meresuu and Narva Joesuu Hotels.

Transportation from Inger Hotel in Narva will be provided on 31 October at 8:45.

The Registration for the Annual Event is closed and around 160 participants are registered.
