Lector Marko Mehilane - counselor-at-law (Advokaadibüroo Entsik & Partnerid) will introduce participants with actualities in national legislation related with procurements, including definition of costs, selection of the procedure, main stages in procurement process, as well with experience dealing with EU funded projects. Project Manager Liina Saar will introduce the actual position of the EC with regard to the rule of origin and nationality.
