During the first meeting of the Joint Monitoring Committee of Estonia-Russia Cross-Border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 on 30-31 March 2016 the decision of establishing the Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) for implementation of the Estonia-Russia CBC Programme was taken.
