2 February 2012 Grant contract for 1 461 985,00 euro of the Programme co-financing countersigned by the JMA of the Programme and Non-Commercial Partnership North-West Funding Service Centre (Russia)

Non-Commercial Partnership North-West Funding Service Centre (Russia) together with partners from Russia, Estonia and Latvia will realize cross-border Information and Communication Technologies development  project „Baltic ICT Platform” under the Priority 1 – Socio economic development, Measure 1.2 – Transport, logistics and communication solutions. Total budget of the project is 1 625 080, 00 euro. Read more

1 February 2012 Seminars for 1st Call Beneficiaries and partners will take place in Latvia, Estonia and Russia

Joint Technical Secretariat in cooperation with INTERACT (Project funded by the European Union) and RCBI (Regional Capacity Building Iniciative project) is organizing seminars for Beneficiaries and partners of projects accepted during the 1st Call for Proposals. The purpose of the seminar is to introduce Beneficiaries and partners in detail with Programme requirements in order to ensure smooth reporting and overall implementation of the Project.

30 January 2012 2nd Call Information seminars and Open Days from 30 January till 3 February 2012

The 2nd Restricted Call for Proposals of the Estonia – Latvia – Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2007-2013 within European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument has been launched on 10 January 2012. Information seminars and consultations are organized by the Joint Technical Secretariat according to approved schedule till 11 February 2012. Next seminars will take place on 31 January in St.Petersburg (Russia) and 2 February  in Rakvere (Estonia). Attention  - on 6 February all potential applicants and partners from Russia are invited to attend RCBI (Regional Capacity Building Iniciative) seminar „Project preparation workshop” in St.Petersburg (Russia), which will be preformed in Russian.  All presentations of already performed Information seminars are available here.

The Municipality of Narva, Department for City Property and Economy (Estonia) together with a partner from Russian Federation  -  Administration of Municipal Formation “City Ivangorod, Kingisepp district, Leningrad oblast” (Russia) with involvement of 4 Associated partners will realize cross-border tourism development  project „Development of historical riverside protection area in Narva/Estonia and Ivangorod/Russia - II stage” under the Priority 1 – Socio economic development, Measure 1.3 – Tourism development.

The 2nd Restricted Call for Proposals of the Estonia – Latvia – Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2007-2013 within European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument has been launched on 10 January 2012. Information seminars and consultations are organized by the Joint Technical Secretariat according to approved schedule till 11 February 2012. The Education, Culture and Sports Department of Riga City Council together with 4 partners from Russian Federation will realize cross-border „people to people” project „Creating access to the art of photography for young people with disabilities” under the Priority 3 - “Promotion of people to people cooperation”, Measure 3.2.  – Cooperation in spheres of culture, sport, education, social and health care. Grant Contract for the total budget of the project 293 028,00 euro from the side of the Riga City Council was signed by the Head of School Division Ms Modra Jansone.

Räpina Municipality Government together with 2 partners from Pechory (Russian Federation)  -  Administration of Pechory District and Municipal culture institution „Culture centre of the Pechory District and Vilaka Municipal Council (Latvia) - will realize cross-border infrastructure investment project „Development of the centres for culture and creative industries in Räpina, Vilaka and Pechory” under the Priority 2 - “Common challenges”, Measure 2.2 – Preservation and promotion of cultural and historical heritage and support of local traditional skills.
