The purpose of
the seminars is to introduce potential project
applicants and partners to the project submission requirements of the 1st
Call for Proposals of the Programme. The seminars will start at 10.00
and
finish at 17.30. The seminar
will be conducted in Russian.

The Information seminar for grant applicants in Latvia will start with a
seminar in Līvāni on 9 September. Identical seminar will be organised in
Valmiera on 30 September. The purpose of the seminar is to introduce
project applicants with the project submission requirements of the 1st
Call for Proposals of the Programme.

The Ministry of Regional Development and Local Government of Republic of Latvia has launched the 1st Call for Proposals of the Estonia – Latvia – Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2007-2013. Available EU funding for the 1st Call is 23 648 491 EUR. The deadline for submission of project proposals is 29 November 2010.
