8th Newsletter of the Programme – read on-line!
By concluding the year 2013, the Joint Technical Secretariat has produced 8th Programme Newsletter. This year was marked with ambitious two day Annual Event in Sigulda, Latvia in the first half of the year and three tree planting activities in Estonia, Latvia and Russia within the communication action - European Cooperation Day 2013 in the second half.
Further, in this issue the Joint Technical Secretariat is continuing thematic capitalization within the Priority I and Programme’s support to the development of the transport infrastructure and ICT is reflected by Project managers.
