Between Christmas and the New Year another Grant Contract for 1 513 633, 68 euro of the Programme co-financing has been countersigned by the JMA of the Programme and the Latgale Planning Region (Latvia). Cross-border tourism development project „Tour de Latgale and Pskov” was accepted under the Priority 1 - socio-economic development, Measure 1.3 - Tourism development. Read more

Crossborder tourism development project "Unique Estonian-Russian fortresses ensemble development as a single tourist product. Stage II"  has been accepted by the Joint Monitoring Committee of the Programme and the European Commission under the Priority 1 of the Programme, 1.3 Measure – Tourism development and its total budget reaches 1,82 million euro.

On Friday, 16 December the Minister of the Environmental Protection and Regional Development Mr Edmunds Sprudzs handed over to the Chairman of the Vidzeme Plannig Region Mr Nikolay Stepanov signed Grant contract of a crossboder tourism development project Via Hanseatica with total financing of 1,8 million euro.

3 consultation seminars were organized by JTS for the Programme’s Large Scale Project Applicants and partners in order to support them in the process of preparation of the Full Application, which they will have to submitt not later than 2 March, 2012. In Tartu (Estonia) Mr Dzmitry Korbut, the key expert from INERTACT ENPI epxlained in detail, how the Logical framework (Logframe) of the Project has to be filled in. Read more

150 participants gathered for the Annual Conference and Contact Forum „Strategic Cooperation – United by Borders” of the Programme. From them about 80 participated in the Partner Search Point activities organized by Regional Capacity Building Initiative. During the Conference 3 Grant Contracts with 1st call Projects has been signed and Press Conference took place.
Thanks to moderators of panels and panel speakers for their valuable contribution to the content of the Conference.

First 3 Grant Contracts with Projects accepted within the 1st Call of Proposals has been countersigned by the Joint Managing Authority of Estonia - Latvia – Russia ENPI CBC Programme and project’s Applicants in the presence of the representatives of the National Authorities from Estonia, Latvia and Russia during the Annual Conference and Contact Forum „Strategic Cooperation – United by Borders”, which took place in St.Petersburg on 16 November 2011.
