2013. gada 14. janvārī Igaunijas – Latvijas – Krievijas pārrobežu sadarbības programmas Apvienotā vadošā iestāde saņēma vēstuli no Eiropas Komisijas Attīstības un sadarbības ģenerāldirektorāta saistībā ar 20 projektu pieteikumiem, kuri ar Apvienotās uzraudzības komitejas (turpmāk tekstā - AUK) lēmumu 2012. gada decembrī tika rekomendēti programmas finansējuma saņemšanai. 2013.aasta 14. jaanuaril sai Eesti-Läti-Vene piiriülese koostöö programmi ühine korraldusasutus positiivse tagasiside Euroopa Komisjoni arengu ja koostöö peadirektoraadilt, mis puudutab 20 projektitaotlust, mis programmi ühise seirekomitee poolt 2012. aasta detsembris toimunud koosolekul heaks kiideti. International Photo Exhibition „PHOTO YOUTH” was opened on 18 January 2013 in prominent Riga Art Space in Riga, Latvia. Young people with disabilities from Latvia and Russia have learned the art of taking photos within the Project „PHOTO YOUTH”, which began its implementation in January 2012. Programme financing for implementation of planned activities is 259 015, 20 euro.

ENPI Eesti-Läti-Vene piiriülese koostöö programmi esimese taotlusvooru projektide andmed on hiljuti avaldatud ka KEEP andmebaasis. KEEP on loodud online tööriista ja internatiportaalina, mis rakendab, kapitaliseerib ja tagab teadmiste edasiandmise nii INTERACTist kui ka Euroopa territoriaalse koostöö programmidest ning annab ülevaate 2000-2006 INTERREG/ 2007-2013 Euroopa territoriaalse koostöö programmide projektidest. ENPI programmid on järk-järgult ühinemas KEEP andmebaasiga. Read more
The Joint Managing Authority of the Estonia-Latvia-Russia cross border cooperation programme on 14 January 2013 has received a positive feedback from the Directorate General for Development and Cooperation of the European Commission with regard to 20 Project Applications that were recommended for financing by the Joint Monitoring Committee of the Programme during its meeting in December 2012. Thus all 20 Project Applications are approved. As noted in the letter of the EC – this is a very important result and Grant Contracts to be signed shall turn in tangible results for beneficiaries in cross border area covered by the Programme.
Data about the 1st Call Projects of the ENPI Estonia-Latvia-Russia cross border cooperation programme resently has been published in KEEP Data base. KEEP is conceived as an online tool and internet portal that utilises, capitalises and ensures the transfer of the knowledge of both INTERACT and European Territorial Cooperation programme information and gives an overview of 2000-2006 INTERREG / 2007-13 European Territorial Cooperation projects as this information is only stored at the Programme level. 13. ja 14. detsembril 2012 toimus Riias (Läti) ENPI Eesti-Läti-Vene piiriülese koostöö programmi kuues ühise seirekomitee koosolek. Koosolekut juhatas Ilze Krieva – Läti Vabariigi Keskkonnakaitse ja Regionaalarengu ministeeriumi arenguinstrumentide osakonna asedirektor. Seirekomitee liikmed, kelleks on Eesti, Läti ja Venemaa riiklike ja regionaalsete asutuste esindajad, arutasid programmi elluviimisega seonduvaid küsimusi. Read more
