A look back at 8 years of fruitful cooperation between Estonia, Latvia and Russia

The new book “8 years of cooperation. An overview of results” was designed as an annex to the Programme Album “8 years in 300 pages” and has been published in English, Estonian, Latvian and Russian. This book presents great diversity of results reached and positive impact accomplished by all projects in the cross border regions of Estonia, Latvia and Russia.

It portrays performance of each project with a help of photographs and concise summary of the main outputs and results achieved.

A chapter on Programme indicators gives an idea how successfully the Programme has achieved its objectives as various visual graphics show a comparison between indicators set by the Programme initially and fulfilment of those targets.

This publication gives also a short overview of the Programme in numbers, while the closing chapter of this book provides an insight into the new round of Estonia-Russia and Latvia-Russia cross-border cooperation.
