All Grant Contracts of the 2nd Call for Proposals signed

The 2^nd Restricted Call for Proposals of Estonia-Latvia-Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2007-2013, which was launched on 10 January 2012, has resulted on 9 July 2013 in countersigning the last of the Grant Contracts.

Looking back, 333 Concept Notes were initially submitted to the Administrative Check and Quality Evaluation according to the Guidelines for the 2nd Call for Proposals, showing increasing interest of the stakeholders to the Programme. 278 Concept Notes were considered eligible after the Administrative Check, and only 38 project Concept Notes were shortlisted after the Quality Evaluation carried out by the Selection Committee. The 2nd Call for Proposals Contracting Phase has finalized in signing 20 Grant Contract, and the Applicants have now become the Beneficiaries of the Projects.

The Programme co-financing for 5 Projects of Priority I is 2728527,80 Euro, total budget of the projects – 3061111,97 Euro.

Under the Priority II – Common challenges, the Programme co-financing of 4711340,59 Euro is distributed between 8 Projects.

Within the Priority III – Promotion of people to people cooperation, the Programme co-financing of 1315575,63 Euro is divided between 7 Projects.

During the process of signing all Project Partners form JTS received a Project Implementation Pack, which includes both Practical and Communication&Visibility Guidelines in bound together paper version, small Programme flag to be used in all events, Programme video in English and respective language of the country of the Partner in portable USB flash, also be showed at Project events.
