Beneficiaries and partners of 2nd Call Projects meet in Rēzekne
Third identical two day seminar took place in Rēzekne (Latvia) on 13-14 August in brand new building called Embassy of Latgale “GORS”, which is multifunctional centre with wide opportunities for events. Above 80 participants from Estonia, Latvia and Russia representing 14 projects were introduced with Programme requirements in order to ensure successful implementation of the Project and smooth upcoming reporting to those Projects, who signed Grant Contracts in spring 2013.
Presentations covered issues like general and special conditions of the Grant Contract, very important issue – how to handle changes in the contract. As well, Partnership issues as role of the Lead Partner and other partners, and visibility requirements and eligibility of costs. On the second day focus was on financial management, procurement and reporting issues.
