Best ENPI Videos awarded in Milan

ENPI CBC Karelia project „Eco-efficient tourism!” got a professional jury award and second best in public voting in the Video competition „Border issues, border solutions” that was organized by INTERACT and the European Commission in the honour of the European Cooperation Day 2014.  Awards were handed during the kick-off event of the EC Day on 16 September. Event was hosted by Lombardy Region representing 2014 Italian Presidency of the Council of the European Union.  19 videos were submitted for the ENPI category of the contest.

Description:
The Eco-efficient Tourism project was implemented in the Republic of Karelia during the past 2 years in the framework of the Karelia ENPI CBC Programme. Experts from Russia and Finland were jointly deciding how to make the Republic and border areas more developed and attractive for tourists. This video presents the results of joint international work.
