ENPI Communication Managers discussing Communication Guide for ENI CBC 2014-2020

4th meeting of the ENPI CBC Network of Communication managers took place in Brussels on 13-14 February 2013. Main focus of the meeting was on the visibility and marketing of the results that are achieved and will be achieved by the Programmes in coming two years. Representatives from INTERACT provided comprehensive analyses of existing communication documents of Programmes and possible ways how to strengthen the component of communication in future Applications were discussed.


Capitalisation as a tool to create transferable value out of achieved results was introduced. Representative of the JMA of ENPI CBC MED Programme presented their professional approach towards capitalisation.


KEEP – Project data base is facing serious improvements and upgrades. It is expected that it will become more user friendly and speed of the navigation will be substantially improved in coming months. Data of all ENPI CBC Programmes are available now in the KEEP – www.territorialcooperation.eu .


ENPI INFO CENTRE – Project Leader Francesca Predazzi in her presentation introduced what are the ways and directions of the work of the Centre like - the Feature Stories, News alerts, Handbooks, 3000 Photos and being active in Social media. Actualities in the Eastern Neighbourhood can be looked up www.enpi-info.eu


European Cooperation Day 2013 – new face of the action was briefly introduced. Several Guides – like Action Guide and Social Media Guide will be prepared in coming months. More detailed information will be provided in the Information meeting in Paris, France in March 2013.


How to tell the story – that was an exercise for Communication managers, since more and more, often very technical Programme information, should be converted into the story. Former writer Anne led the group through different ways how the story can be built up and told to wider public.
