Joint Technical Secretariat of Estonia-Russia CBC Programme now operational

Main office of the JTS is located in Tartu, Estonia and hosted by Enterprise Estonia.


Ms Unda Ozolina, the head of the Joint Technical Secretariat of Estonia-Russia CBC Programme has started her duties and is responsible for overall management and coordination of the JTS team`s work. 


Unda holds Master’s degree in Public Administration (the University of Latvia) and has diverse experience in cross-border cooperation. She has been involved in various international projects, for six years worked in Riga as a head of the JTS of Estonia-Latvia –Russia ENPI CBC Programme 2007-2013, has been a director of University of Latvia branch in Valka and more than 15 years involved at Valka municipality council.

Ms Krista Staškevitš, the assistant of the Joint Technical Secretariat of Estonia-Russia CBC Programme provides support to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the office.


Krista has BS degree in Psychology. Her previous work experiences are in the field of communication in different enterprises and institutions, as well she has been involved in EU educational programmes’ projects. From 2015 Krista has been working as an assistant in the Estonia-Latvia programme and since April 2016 sharing her responsibilities with Estonia-Russia CBC Programme.

Website of Estonia-Russia CBC Programme is currently under preparation and is expected to be launched by the end of May (www.estoniarussia.eu).  


Estonia-Russia CBC Programme promotes joint activities for the improvement of the regions on both sides of the common borders.
