Preparations for the 2nd Call for Proposals of the Programme in progress

Joint Managing Authority of the Estonia-Latvia-Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme confirms that according to the Annual Work Programme 2011 for Grants 2nd Call for Proposals is planned in 4thQuarter of 2011, but not earlier than November.

After the decision of the launching of the 2nd Call for Proposals, the announcement is going to be published on the website of the Programme www.estlatrus.eu
