Unique experience – take part in the exhibition “Enjoy the Hansa Route through Latvia, Estonia and Russia!”
Tuesday, 11 June – Open – Air Project Exhibition „Enjoy the Hansa Route through Latvia, Estonia and Russia!” with an opportunity to visit the improvised Via Hanseatica Tourism Route in one place – Castle of Livonian Order in Sigulda, Pils iela 18. On Programme are - performance of the famous folk group “Auļi”, photo exhibition “PHOTO YOUTH”, presentation of brand new skiing track in Sigulda and Gauja National Park cluster, ICE-AGE and AHAA from Tartu, Narva-Ivangorod fortresses, Stationmaster from Gatchina.
Attractive guided tours in electro-mobile will be conducted every 30 minutes and there will be a possibility for everyone - participant of the Event or visitor of Sigulda to experience improvised border crossing, trading excercise, degustation of medieval and nowadays cuisines (wine, cheese, rye food) of Latvia, Estonia and Russia, as well various workshops – how to make a photo, wood crafting, participate in games like - hazard and petanque.
New Tourism Route – Via Hanseatica has a great potential to attract local and foreign tourists. Via Hanseatica Tourism Route will be introduced officially by 2014.
Outputs of all 8 Tourism Projects supported by the Programme will be presented and altogether around 20 Projects supported within the Programme will exhibit their plans, works and results.
